Per the American Heart Association Program Administration Manual, instructors are required to notify their primary Training Center of courses which have been held at a secondary alignment site.

Remember – Compliance with the AHA PAM is a requirement of your instructor card. Notifications to FRA must occur in a timely fashion so that they may be recorded in your instructor file!
